MaidPad connector for Claude

Last updated 25 July 2026

What this connector is

The MaidPad connector lets you ask Claude questions about your own MaidPad account. When you ask something, Claude calls the connector, the connector reads the relevant data from your MaidPad account, and returns it so Claude can answer you.

Read-only

What we collect

Your MaidPad sign-in

When you connect, you sign in on a MaidPad-hosted page using the email address or access code and password you already use for MaidPad. Your password is checked against our records and is never stored by the connector and never shared with Anthropic or Claude.

Your business data, on demand

The connector reads from your MaidPad account only when a question requires it. Depending on what you ask, that can include clients and their contact details, the cleaning schedule and job records, teams and staffing, invoices, payments and balances, expenses, payroll, estimates, notes, customer reviews, and messages exchanged between your business and your clients.

Operational logs

We record that a request happened — the operation name, the time, and the identifier of the signed-in user — plus technical error details when something fails. These logs keep the service working and are not used to build profiles.

What we do not collect

How the data is used and stored

The connector is read-only: it can look at your MaidPad data but cannot create, change or delete anything in your account.

Business data is read live from your existing MaidPad database at the moment you ask a question, and is not copied into a separate store by the connector. Data returned in an answer is sent to Claude so that Claude can respond to you; Anthropic's handling of it is governed by Anthropic's own privacy policy.

Access is limited to the company you are signed in to. If you are the master (owner) account of more than one MaidPad business, only those businesses are available, and each question applies to one of them.

Access tokens

Connecting issues an access token (valid one hour) and a refresh token (valid up to 30 days) that let Claude call the connector on your behalf. These are held by Claude, are scoped to your account, and cannot be used to sign in to MaidPad itself. Disconnecting the connector in Claude's settings stops further access; tokens also stop working once they expire or once the account loses master access.

Who else sees it

We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.

Retention

Your choices

You can disconnect the connector at any time from Claude's connector settings, which immediately stops further access to your MaidPad data. Disconnecting does not change anything inside your MaidPad account.
